Newcomb PTSA hosts Penguin Patch annualy. This is not a fundraiser. What is Penguin Patch you ask? Penguin Patch is an opportunity to teach budgeting, problem solving, and independance. Students shop an assortment of small gifts for family & friends. It's wonderful to see the thought and care that goes into their selections. Gifts range from about $ .25 to $10.
